ROUNDER RECORDS TO RELEASE MUSIC HITS HOME ON JULY 16
CD TO BENEFIT KEVIN YOUKILIS HITS FOR KIDS
BURLINGTON— Rounder Records is pleased to announce the release of Music Hits Home on July 16. The album is a compilation of songs by some of today's top national and local New England artists all brought together for one purpose ~ to benefit Kevin Youkilis' charitable organization, Kevin Youkilis Hits for Kids, a charitable organization benefiting children around New England, and Christopher's Haven, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing housing for families with children being treated for cancer. Youkilis will be signing copies of the CD on Friday, July 16th at the Newbury Comics in Faneuil Hall from 10am-12pm.

BOSTON—April 1, 2010— Bottom Line Apparel, based in Carver, MA announced today that it has teamed up with Kevin Youkilis Hits for Kids to help raise funds for the charity by introducing the new “Yoouuk!” t-shirt. Bottom Line Apparel will donate $5.00 for every t-shirt sold through their website and through participating retailers like Chowdaheadz.com. The t-shirts will also be available at select Bottom Line events throughout the baseball season.
Kevin Youkilis Hits for Kids today announced the launch of the first annual “Batting for Books” campaign
BOSTON—June 23, 2009— Kevin Youkilis Hits for Kids today announced the launch of the first annual “Batting for Books” campaign to benefit the Boston Public Schools. Together with the City of Boston and the Boston Red Sox, the slugger’s charitable organization is dedicated to enhancing the Boston Public Schools by collecting over 100,000 new or gently used books to donate to the schools’ libraries. Book donations will be collected at each of Fenway Park’s five gates during the Red Sox weekend series against the Kansas City Royals on Saturday, July 11th and Sunday, July 12th.
